Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Each item that you ordered is made just for you upon order! Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order. Afterwards, please see below to estimate your shipping time. Please include both when calculating the estimated arrival date for your order.

U.S.A. Orders:

Standard - Please allow 10 - 15 business days through standard U.SPS. Delivery to Alaska/Hawaii may take longer.

Premium - Please allow 4 - 7 business days through USPS Priority Mail. Delivery to Alaska/Hawaii may take longer.

Express - Please allow 3 - 5 business day through Fed Ex. Delivery not available for AK,HI, PO Box and APO.

You will receive tracking information via email upon shipment. Your items may arrive in multiple packages.  If so, you will receive a tracking number via email for each package.

International Orders:

If “International Express” is selected for shipping, please allow 3-7 days to receive your order.. You will receive a FedEx tracking number. If you do not select “International Express”, please allow 30+ days for it to be delivered to you through standard international shipping.

Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is very important to us.  Please contact us at offshorevibesinfo@gmail.com if you do not receive your shipment within 30 days of ordering your items.  Offshore Vibes is not responsible for lost or stolen items but we will make every effort to make it right.
