Refund Policy

We offer refunds or replacements for apparel within 30 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Misprinted; or

  • Damaged (other than during delivery); or

  • Does not match what was ordered  (e.g., the printed image is incorrect or placed incorrectly; the product is the wrong size, color, or type).

Customer satisfaction is very important to us!  If you are dissatisfied with your product that meets the criteria above, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right.  Simply send an email to offshorevibesinfo@gmail.com and share:

1) A description of what went wrong.

2) A photo that shows what went wrong.

3) Your preference for a refund or a replacement.  

Upon receiving your email and confirmation of the criteria above, we will email you confirmation that you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days or a replacement of the item will be shipped to you.  Whichever you prefer.

We are not able to accept the item to be mailed back to Offshore Vibes.
