How we work together…

If your school would like to move forward with fundraising with Offshore Vibes, listed below are next steps:

1) Complete the “Fundraiser Request Form” located under “Fundraising” on the Offshore Vibes website.

2) Email us your high quality logo and/or artwork in PNG, JPG, BMP, or GIF file format at offshorevibesinfo@gmail.com. Maximum file size is 10 MB and the image resolution must be at least 200 dpi for apparel and 400 dpi for non-apparel. Maximum size is 4000 X 4000 pixels and the minimum size is 1000 X 1000 pixels. If you don’t have a logo or artwork, please send us pictures to help us create what you would like to see and describe what you would like, in detail, on the Fundraise r Request Form. Important note: You may submit one or multiple designs!

3) We will email you and let you know when your sample product(s) are ready to review in the password protected “Merchandise Samples” section of the Offshore Vibes website under “Fundraising”.

4) Let us know if you have any edits to the sample product(s) or if you approve to have them placed on the public Offshore Vibes website under “Spiritwear” for your respective State and school.

5) We will email you once the products are live on the Offshore Vibes website and send you a website link and QR code for your school to promote! Consider ordering a few products to display at events with the QR code printed on paper and placed in a frame for customers to scan & shop!

6) On a quarterly basis, we will send a donation check to your school for approximately 20% of the profits from spirit wear sold for your school!
